I want your session to feel easy, relaxed, and comfortable from start to finish. Here's how we keep everything running smoothly. Full details are included in your client agreement.

1. Booking
   A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date.
   Once the retainer is paid, your date is fully secured.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
   Life happens. If you need to change your date, you can reschedule once at no extra charge, as long as you let me know at least 24 hours before your session. Your new date should be within 20 days of the original one.
   If a reschedule is requested less than 24 hours before the session, or once I'm already on my way or on location, the retainer is forfeited, and a new retainer is required to book another date.
   Cancelling without rescheduling also means the retainer is forfeited.
   If I need to reschedule due to illness, an emergency, or unsafe weather, I'll offer you a new date. If none of the new dates work for you, your retainer will be refunded.

3. Late Arrivals
   Please plan your day with a little extra time. I'm always happy to be flexible within reason, but the light doesn't wait for any of us.
   A late start means less time in the best light, so I can't guarantee the full variety of your gallery. The session still ends at the scheduled time.
   If you're running late, just send me a quick message so I know you're on your way.

4. Health & Safety
   Your family's comfort always comes first.
   I will never ask you or your children to pose in unsafe areas or do anything that feels uncomfortable.
   Parents are responsible for supervising their children during the session.

5. What to Expect
   Sessions are relaxed, playful, and natural.
   Kids don't need to "behave" or pose. I gently guide you into moments that feel real and warm.
   Outdoor sessions may include wind, sand, splashes, and changing light. It's all part of lifestyle photography.

6. Payment
   The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.
   Parking fees, tolls, and location permits are covered by the client.
   Locations farther away may require a travel fee.

7. Gallery Delivery & Image Storage
   Your edited gallery is delivered within 3–8 weeks via a private online link.
   Online galleries stay active for 60 days. Please download your images during this time.
   Archived files are kept for up to 6 months. If available, past galleries can be restored for a small archival fee.
