Session Policies
I want your session to feel easy, relaxed, and comfortable from start to finish.
Here’s how we keep everything running smoothly:
1. Booking
A small retainer (10%, min. $100) is required to reserve your date.
Once the retainer is paid, your time is fully secured.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens — if you need to change your date, you can reschedule once within 20 days at no extra charge.
All changes must be made at least 24 hours before the session to guarantee availability.
Cancellations without rescheduling result in forfeiting the retainer.
If I need to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unsafe weather, a new date will be offered.
3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time so we can use the best light.
If you’re running a few minutes late, just send a quick message — we’ll adjust as much as possible.
4. Health & Safety
Your family’s comfort always comes first.
I will never ask you or your children to pose in unsafe areas or do anything that feels uncomfortable.
Parents are responsible for supervising children during the session.
5. Process
Sessions are relaxed, playful, and natural.
Kids don’t need to “behave” or pose — I gently guide you into moments that feel real and warm.
Outdoor sessions may include wind, sand, splashes, and changing light — all part of lifestyle photography.
6. Payment
The remaining balance is due on the session day.
Parking fees, tolls, or location permits are covered by the client.
longer distances may require a travel fee.
7. Gallery Delivery & Image Storage
Your edited gallery is delivered within 2–4 weeks via a private online link.
Online galleries remain active for 30 days, please download your images during this time.
Archived files are kept for up to 3 months.
If available, past galleries can be restored for a small archival fee.
8. Changes to Policies
These policies may be updated as needed to reflect workflow or platform changes.
Any updates will be posted on this page.
